We live in a city that’s been called the fattest in America. We at Body Focus Fitness aim to change this, and yes we hope that everyone one of your daily conversations starts with “today at Body Focus Fitness we did the hardest workout…” Each class is different, exciting, challenging, and made fun when everyone is cheering for your success. Our coaches specialize of walking the fine line of being your friend but knowing when to crack the whip. Every beginner feels different when they join but you’ll notice that we are all the same – a community of supportive people striving to help each other get better. The only thing WE require for Body Focus Fitness to be the perfect match for you, is that you have the ability to see yourself accomplishing things you have never accomplished before. We want to take you out of your comfort zone so that new levels of wellness and fitness can be achieved.

What Is Fitness?
Fitness is a system of training that aims to produce an elite level of general physical conditioning in the most efficient manner possible. Workouts are short and intense, and incorporate elements of gymnastics, olympic weight lifting, rowing, track, body weight calisthenics, circuit training and balancing your body. Fitness produces maximum results in minimum time.
Body Focus Fitness is a work space and you are the work in progress. You come to push beyond your preconceived physical capabilities. The work is efficient. There are no gimmicks, nothing fancy, no time wasted. There is determination, motivation, sweat and work—hard work.
